  • Children (5-16): £2.50

  • Concessions: £5

Doors open from 10 AM. Opening Parade at 10.30 AM.

  • Highland Dancing Registration from 9.30 AM at the Dancing Tent.

  • Heavy Events Competitors Registration from 10 AM till 12 at the Games Hut.

  • Races Registration from 10 AM till 12 at the Games Hut.

  • Dog Show Registration from 12 till 12.45 at the Dog Show/ Games Merchandise Stall.

  • Tug O’War: Mixed teams of 9, register at Games Hut.

Things to do

  • Axe Throwing with Wild Highland

    This exhilarating activity gives you the chance to throw traditional axes under the care ad supervision of the wonderful Wild Highland instructors. They’ll guide you through the practice rounds , teaching throwing techniques before its time to break out the score cards!

  • Join the Competitions

    With races and competitions suitable for all ages and competencies, there’s something for everyone at the Glengarry Highland Games. Bring your little ones along and get involved in the fun!

  • Atlas Stone Lifting

    Our very own local strongman Steve Whyte is joining us, showing of his amazing strength by lifting Atlas Stones and will show you how to do it too! Steve has competed in strongman competitions for over 13 years, holds several Scottish records and runs his own gym- Iron Therapy- in Fort William. You can get involved, too! We’ll have weights suitable for all ages on hand to lift and show off your strength.

  • Fun Dog Show

    Join our fun dog show with your precious pooches and win some fantastic prizes sponsored by PetStop in Fort William. The categories are super fun and inclusive of all our furry friends. You don’t have to be professionals to enter! and every contestant gets a treat!

  • Lochaber Pipe Band

    With all this action, let’s not forget the entertainment. The Lochaber Pipe Band will be out and about to thrill and entertain one and all throughout the day.

  • Shop 'Till You Drop

    With so many local crafters and producers attending this year, our outdoor market is set to be the biggest and best yet! So bring along some pennies, as you’re almost certain to find that little something special here!

  • Bouncy Castle & Rodeo Bull

    Jump with excitement! We have a bouncy castle coming along for the little ones, and a will rodeo bull for the slightly older kids and grown ups.

  • Meet the Highland Cows

    Come and meet the gentle, fluffy cows from Halcyon Farms. Take your pitcure with the iconic Highland Habitants and fee them a treat or two.
